The 37th edition of the Fajr International Film Festival in Iran has set to hold nine filmmaking workshops for its club members.
Starting from Thursday, Iranian filmmakers, actors, and scholars will run the workshops in the Felestin Cinema.
The workshop teachers are Amir Abedi, Saeed Aqiqi, Mostafa Ahmadi, Peyman Qasemkhani, Mohsen Azarm, Mostafa Kiaee, Majid Eslami, Alireza Kaveh, and Habib Rezaee.
The club members may apply for tickets online from the FIFF’s website. The topics include acting, film photography, production management, and directing.
Headed by Iranian filmmaker Reza Mirkarimi, the 37th FIFF will be held in the capital, Tehran, on April 18-26, 2019.
A national version of the Fajr Film Festival (FFF) kicked off on January 30 and wrapped up on February 11.
Since its establishment in 1982, the festival has played vital roles in the development of Iranian Cinema.
